When you sign up for Zoom, you may collaborate with colleagues or students at school. Students and workers may participate in video conferences and communicate with one another without having to leave their homes, schools, or workplaces.

The Single Sign-On (SSO) option is one of Zoom’s features. It allows you to utilize your SSO credentials to sign in with your username and password at the same time. You won’t have to enter your login and password when you need to access your Zoom account again. It may be used to log in to the Zoom app or the Zoom website.

However, some Zoom SSO users are having trouble signing in. Each time they attempt to log in to their account, they get the sign-in with SSO not functioning problem. They see the problem message, but they don’t know what to do.
